At Our Event Venue

1705 Prime is located in a restored Southern home, with an outdoor facade that lends itself beautifully to photography and ceremonies, a manicured landscape and a welcoming entrance flanked by white columns. Inside, a magnetic, modern decor provides an upscale setting. A variety of both smaller and large rooms offers intimate settings and grand capacities for an event of any size, with a built-in dance floor in our main room and in-house tables, chairs and chinaware. Or you can take the party outdoors. We offer flexible space for business events, complete with full AV packages. We have ample free parking, a kitchen on site and decorating consultation upon request.
