Borden Building. The food was excellent and we really appreciated all the extra little things you did. Having a plate ready for us after the ceremony was above and beyond and I don't think we would have eaten if you and your staff hadn't done that. Another fabulous dining experience.

Just wanted to thank Michael Dean's for yet another fabulous dining experience. I love the restaurant but Saturday night's meal was the absolute best. The Pan Seared Grouper (at the recommendation of James) was out of this world and is the best meal that I've had in a long time and I've had some really great ones lately! This was the best combination of flavors with the grouper, grits and corn with lobster. Excellent! James was very attentive and had awesome suggestions. Thanks again!

Just wanted to thank you and let you know how incredibly pleased we were with Mark's Bar Mitzvah luncheon at Michael Dean's. All of our guests absolutely raved about every bite of food. We were told repeatedly that it was the best luncheon they'd been to (and they have been to many!). You did a perfect job of setting the tables and helping me figure out how to decorate them. I will be passing your name along to many Bar/Bat Mitzvah moms in the future, and I hope I have the opportunity to work with you and Rocky Top Hospitality again sometime in the future. "Definitely recommend you to others!"

Just wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with our party. The wait staff was terrific. They tried so hard to accomodate our every wish. And the food was outstanding. Everyone ranted over the ribeye steak. My friend with the special diet was very appreciative of the kitchen fixing her the lobster bisque soup and creamed potatoes. "Best restaurant in Raleigh"

This is the best restaurant in Raleigh at which we have dined. The food was spectacular and our server was fabulous. He knew a lot about the fish and made very good suggestions. We never had to ask for anything. I was so pleased to have him. My mother really enjoyed celebrating her 68th Birthday with you guys and we will be returning.

"Out of this world."

This was my first time at Bogart's. I could not have been happier with my first experience. Our server, Rob, was wonderful! Although he had been working only one month, he was very attentive to our every need. I even inquired as to catering services for my daughter's wedding. There will be over 200 guests in attendance. He got the manager to come over to our table and talk with us. I have your wedding menu with the business card of a contact person. The food was excellent and the dessert was out of this world. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Most delicious filet I've ever had...

The jumbo filet mignon was the most delicious filet I've ever had, well worth the price. My husband had the prime cap and he said the same thing. We loved the lobster fingers and the key lime martini was a nice light way to end the meal, as was the sorbet trio. The wine list was impressive and I enjoyed my pinot grigio. We were there to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary and what a great time we had!

Kudos to the entire team!

We celebrated my son's graduation from NC State University at your restaurant in May. I've dined at several upscale restaurants including the Angus Barn, Ruth's Chris and others, personally and through business. The overall experience at 1705PRIME was by far one of the finest I've had in a long time. My only criticism--and I mean this in a positive light--is your captain’s underestimation of the portions of your side entrée. We left with bags full of delightful leftovers. Thank you for a very special experience for a most memorable occasion! Kudos to the entire team at 1705PRIME!

Manager obviously cares about his customers

I just wanted to pass along a good word on your manager Greg Hughes. Greg took great effort to ensure all your patrons were provided good service. I witnessed him ask each table if the food and service was acceptable. In our case the scallops were undercooked and he quickly tried to correct the problem. He also offered a complimentary dessert and was very professional and caring. He obviously cares about his customers! Thanks for all his help and we will visit again.

"Manager's prompt attention"

I would just like to compliment your server and manager staff. Kristy was a fantastic server...even though she was obviously very busy, she took the time to make me and my family feel very welcome. My wife's filet was not cooked properly. Kristy immediately took the steak, and offered us a salad to eat while we waited. She also sent a manager to us who offered to buy my whole family desserts for our hassle. So, although there was a problem, Kristy and your manager's prompt attention will ensure that we come back!

"Truly wonderful dining experience"

My fiancee, Kellaun, and I had an opportunity to visit your restaurant today, and were MOST impressed by not only the ambiance of the restaurant, but the incredible selection and quality of food. Kellaun ordered the ostrich, which was done perfectly, and I had the crab/corn chowder and Cobb salad that was very good. I was very impressed with Twisted Fork and will undoubtedly return often. "The presentation was beautiful"

I brought my sister who is visiting and we had a great time. The staff took lots of time to explain the specials and helped her with her choice and she was delighted with her meal, as was mine (as usual). The presentation was beautiful. Our water glasses were kept full and the coffee was hot and delicious. She is anxious to come back again to sample more of your delicious fare--and the fact that the service from the time we entered the restaurant was excellent made it a lovely experience.

"PERFECTION, I tell you!"

Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your restaurant last night. The place was beautiful! The food was FABULOUS! I never imagined your "house" salad would be the spinach delight it WAS. The Sprouts were delicious. I ordered the Grilled Salmon and my mom got the Mahi Mahi. I am from Baltimore and am psycho about seafood. The Salmon and Mahi Mahi were PERFECTION. PERFECTION, I tell you! So tender on the inside and with a delicious delicate blackened crust. The pilaf was the BEST I have ever had. The black bean salsa was a magnificent accent. I must say though the bread... was so... unusual. The delicate rosemary flavor was nothing like I had tasted before and I fell in LOVE with it. I took a HUGE slab of it home with me. ( Oh dear! )

Tracy was right on top of everything and very helpful all around. In all, it was a wonderful dining experience and you can believe I will tell everyone I know about how we enjoyed it. Three people in there told me how much I would "love it" and how "fantastic" the food was. One also said your martinis were excellent! I had Riesling instead and it was very good. Another said not to leave without dessert. I missed out on that but never will again.

Thanks so much for everything. I had gone to celebrate my promotion and it was a fitting celebration. I am SO GLAD I finally decided to visit. Now I must decide when I can go back...

"Drive from Raleigh worth the effort"
